Our policies are designed to protect both your home and our team — ensuring clarity, consistency, and a professional experience every visit.
Scope of Services
Services are performed according to the selected plan and written confirmation. Tasks not included in the booking may require additional approval and fees.
Scheduling & Home Access
Access
Clients must provide safe and functional entry access. If entry is not possible after 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and a lock-out or travel fee may apply.
Rescheduling
- 24+ hours notice: no fee.
- Less than 24 hours: late fee may apply.
- Same-day cancellations or no access: up to full service charge.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Outstanding balances may result in service suspension.
Quality & Re-Cleans
If you are not satisfied with an included area, contact us within 24 hours. When appropriate, we may schedule a limited re-clean of the original scope.
Safety & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe conditions, including hazardous environments or inappropriate conduct.
Liability
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to reasonable repair or replacement cost, considering age and condition.
Updates
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the current published version.
