Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the card expires and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Gift cards can be redeemed for any BR Services Utah cleaning service of equal or lesser value. To redeem, contact us by phone, text, or email and provide your gift card code at the time of booking.

Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. They have no cash value.

If the value of the service is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will be retained on the card for future use within the validity period.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. In the event of a service cancellation by BR Services Utah, the full gift card value will be restored.

Gift card redemptions are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Gift cards are valid for services within our coverage area: Utah County and Salt Lake County, Utah.

BR Services Utah is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card code as you would cash.

BR Services Utah reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
